How To Identify a Chinese Ghost

Here's How:

1. Ghosts look like human beings, but have no feet and no shadows.
2. Ghosts can change their shapes and can hide from being seen.
3. They usually come out at night since they live in the Yin world.
4. Only children who can't speak yet and some people with yinyang eyes can see ghosts.
5. Ghosts are afraid of the sun, lights, mirrors and some books.
6. The gate of ghosts will be open for a week from July 12 each year (lunar calendar) and all ghosts will come out at the time.
7. It is believed there are many kinds of ghosts.
8. When a ghost is reborn, it can become either an animal or a person.
