What Is Largest Political Party?

Largest Political Party is an hour-long Taiwanese TV show that parodies Taiwanese politics. The Taiwanese TV show is based on two defunct Taiwanese tv shows, Everybody Speaks Nonsense and Everybody Speaks Nonsense II – Hot Pot (全民亂講之全民大悶鍋) which poked fun at television broadcasts around the world. Skits include a political popularity index and an ‘I Love Taiwan’ segment.

Each hour-long episode of Largest Political Party focuses on two or three newsworthy topics that actors parody. A live studio audience provides instant reaction while a phone-in forum allows viewers at home to participate in the show’s antics. Largest Political Party is mainly in Chinese and Taiwanese with English phrases sprinkled in for added effect.
